Trinidad Scorpion Chilli Oil is made from Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the second hottest chilli in the world, the Trinidad Scorpion.

Originating in the Caribbean, this chilli makes an oil to fire up your barbecue like no other chilli can!

Enhancing and accompanying  strong flavours, foods and ingredients, it’s good for frying, for marinades and dressings.

Use also for  additional seasoning when a searing heat is required. Just a few drops will do the trick. Yum.
