Beefburger with Chilli Oil

Bang it on the BBQ Burger.  Use a hot Chilli Oil like a Habanero or Naga – even a smoky medium Chipotle will add a great depth.

A generous dash of Chilli Oil on the burger then top the bottom halves of the ciabatta rolls with the lettuce and mayonnaise followed by a slice of tomato. Alternatively, swirl into the mayonnaise beforehand.  Finish with a slice of cheddar and a sliver of red onion.  I’m starving.
