Soups with Chilli Oil

Tomato soup, Carrot soup, Chicken Noodle, Won Ton, White bean, lentil, almost any soup…

Soups demand the chilli drizzle to add a sparkle to their lives. Be generous and swirl the oil on to make  it look and taste a million dollars.

Try this and finally sprinkle over finely chopped fresh chives, flat leaf parsley or coriander. What a difference.
